Location
At the northern foot of the Troodos Mountains lies the picturesque village of Kalopanagiotis, which has been visited by pilgrims and travelers for thousands of years to bathe in the famous healing sulfur springs. With its traditional Cypriot architecture, numerous chapels and churches, and the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Agios Ioannis Lampadistis Monastery, the mountain village has a lot to offer culturally as well. Enjoy the idyllic surroundings of vineyards, orchards and pine forests on long walks. Within a 30 minute drive from the hotel, there are many interesting hiking trails, such as Mount Olympus, the highest mountain in Cyprus (about 1952 m).

Buffet breakfast at the Troullino hotel. Shop “Epikentro” with homemade jams and Cypriot coffee or mountain tea from local herbs. In the evening, à la carte in the restaurant “Byzantino” with a terrace and typical dishes from regional products. The Pantheon serves salads, wraps, pizza and pasta. “Loutraki” is a Cypriot version of a grill restaurant with a magnificent view of the valley. For an aperitif or a glass of wine in the evening, it is recommended to visit the library-lounge “Archontiko” or the wine bar “Cava Wein Bar”.

Due to its high temperature and hydrogen sulfide content, sulphurous water has a calming and relaxing effect on the body, helps to relieve inflammation. Its effect is manifested by a slight tingling in certain places – blood supply increases, well-being improves.
