Ryanair will raise salaries for its Irish pilots to pre-crisis levels

Ryanair confirms 4-year pay agreement labor of their Irish pilots is finally signed. In accordance with the document, the pilots will return the previous salary of the level of 2019. Recall that during the pandemic, a crisis salary was agreed, and they are still at such a frozen level, despite the restoration of flights.

A full recovery will occur this December. In addition, the agreement provides for an annual salary increase over the next 4 years — until March 2027. Thus, according to the airline, “now Irish pilots are in the same conditions with our other pilots throughout Europe, with whom we have negotiated over the past 9 months.”

In addition, Ryanair announced a new route from Cardiff to Belfast, which will operate twice a week from April as part of the 2023 summer schedule.
