Saudi Arabia extended the validity of single-entry visas to three months

Saudi Arabia has approved the extension of the period of stay of foreign citizens on a single-entry visa to three months, and up to 96 hours for transit visas, according to the Saudi Gazette.

“The Council of Ministers approved the extension of the period of stay in Saudi Arabia on a single entry visa to three months. The decision of the Cabinet of Ministers applies to single entry visitor visas with all the purposes of the trip,” the newspaper writes.

The authorities have also extended the stay of foreigners with transit visas to 96 hours at no additional cost. Transit documents are valid for three months.

Previously, single-entry family visas for one month could be issued to Saudi Arabia, and only multiple-entry visas were issued for 90 days.
